The rules for using Gotham's products and site.
License
Each license is personal and non-transferable, valid for the purchased product and plan. You may install it on as many servers as your plan allows, but you may not resell, share or sublicense it to third parties.
Payments
We accept Pix and credit card. Prices are shown in your language's currency — Brazilian reais on the Portuguese site, US dollars in English and euros in Dutch — and charged at the time of purchase.
Refunds
If the software doesn't work on your setup and our support can't fix it, you get a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Conduct
You're responsible for complying with the terms of service of each game and platform where you use our products. Gotham isn't responsible for bans or penalties applied by third parties.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes are announced on Discord and on the changelog page, and continued use of the site after an update counts as acceptance.
